St. Thomas Artist Jessica Smith

So a few weeks ago I purchased an amazing work on canvas by St. Thomas artist Jessica Smith. I was drawn to it because I felt like I could walk right into it and join the scene. Two friends watching the waves. Just a perfect carefree moment and day. Each morning I wake up to this painting and it reminds me of where I live and how lucky I am to have the sea at my doorstep.

Artist Jessica Smith left the coast of Maine for days of sunshine, warm weather and gorgeous beaches here on St. Thomas. A typical day for the artist starts with yoga and walking and then work and painting. Her favorite St. Thomas beach is the surf beach of Hull Bay where she enjoys the solitude and scenery.
